Michael and EZ Heating are amazing! Our blower motor went out on our furnace late last night. My wife and I have a 7-week-old baby, so this was something we needed fixed ASAP. We found Michael through our neighborhood Facebook page and contacted him. He got back with us immediately in the morning and was at our house within an hour. He was professional, personable, very knowledgeable and understood our immediacy. He found the part, picked it up and had everything up and running by noon. Mike is honest, dependable and quick. He’s done a great job maintaining the furnaces both in my own house and my rentals, and I always recommend him to my real estate clients looking to have HV/AC work done.

Mike (the owner) has personally helped us out on 3 occasions, all emergencies. Twice we were without heat and once without a/c on a sweltering summer day. Mike came right over and has us up and running in less than 20 mins. We wouldn’t recommend any other company for a/c or furnace repair.

Mike from EZ Heating & Cooling has helped us multiple times with our furnace and central AC, but the best example of his customer service came after the flood in Aug 2014. As soon as the water subsided, Mike came over to assess the damage to our furnace and quickly figured out that we just needed a new circuit board rather than a new furnace. He also spent the next several days helping out other Ferndale families post-flood, despite the fact that his own basement had water damage. I highly recommend Mike and his team!

We hired Mike twice – once to move an AC unit while we had some concrete work done, and a second time to install a water-powered backup sump pump. Both times he was easy to work with, showed up on time and wrapped up quickly and did a great job. We’ll definitely call him for anything else he can help us with.

Michael and the crew installed a new gas furnace, they ran new ductwork, and installed an upstairs wall unit that has both heating and cooling (I highly recommend for your attic conversions) into my 1929 craftsman in Pleasant Ridge. The house is now comfortable and inviting both downstairs and upstairs! They did a great job; they were extremely informative explaining everything they were doing and they were friendly and positive. I definitely recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs. A great group of guys.

EZ heating and cooling is great. When our basement flooded they were very quick to come in and assess if there was any damage to our furnace. They have also been very quick to repair my mother’s furnace when it stop working in the middle of winter. We can always count on them
